Privacy
This site is the front door of a small consulting practice. The privacy story is short. The point of this page is to write it plainly so you don’t have to translate boilerplate to understand what we do with your information.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you send a note from /contact/, we receive your name, work email, organization, and message. That’s it.
- Calendar bookings. If you book a strategy call, the scheduler captures your name, email, and the answers to two prep questions.
- Survey Readiness Check submissions. The quiz at /survey-readiness-check/ runs entirely in your browser. We do not see or store your answers unless you opt in to the email-the-report option, which captures your email only.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, page requested, timestamp) retained for 30 days for diagnostic purposes.
What we don’t collect
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No marketing cookies.
- No fingerprinting beyond what your browser already exposes to any web request.
- No PHI under any circumstances. If your message contains PHI, we will reply asking you to remove it before we engage further.
How we use it
To answer your message. To deliver the service you asked about. To improve our content and the site itself. We do not sell, rent, or share contact details with anyone outside ILS CARE.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are kept as long as you are in active conversation with us, plus seven years thereafter for tax and contract record-keeping. Earlier removal on request (see below).
Removing your information
Email [email protected] with the subject “remove my data” and we will delete contact form, calendar, and quiz email-capture records associated with that email within ten business days. Server logs roll off automatically at 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page itself for at least 30 days.
